Please note we do not offer a refund on services once complete. If your unhappy with the service or treatment please speak to the technician who would be more then happy to resolve any issues at the time of the booking. 

DEPOSIT:

We require a 50% holding deposit to secure a appointment, should you wish to cancel or re-arrange your appointment please do notify us on 0747-182-9929 prior to 24 hours notice. Should you wish to cancel OR re-arrange within this time frame you unfortunately you will lose your deposit as we are unable to allocate this to another client at such short notice. We ask you kindly respect our technicians time on this matter.
